Child Relief & You walks for a better future.

August 2000: Continuing to act on the belief that we can make a difference and help millions of underprivileged children, CRY (Child Relief and You) is organizing CRY Walk/Run 2000 for the third consecutive year in several American cities this fall. This national-level fund-raiser seeks to raise the awareness about CRY’s activities and raise resources for the child relief projects in India and USA. If you live in/near any of the following locations, join CRY in this fundraiser in your town.

• September 10th Boston, Massachussetts
• September 17th Minnesota
• September 23rd, Phoenix, Arizona
• October 1st New Jersey/New York
• September 30th Atlanta, Georgia San Francisco Bay Area, California Dallas/Forth Worth, Texas
• October 7th San Diego, California Columbus, Ohio

Child Relief & You was started as a reaction to the unjust situation of underprivileged children, by ordinary people willing to make a difference. It is a non-political, non-religious, non-profit organization; its chief objective is to restore to children their basic right to food, shelter, education - in short, a future. In the last 19 years CRY has supported more than 350 child development projects reaching 715,000 children.
