: Founded in 1998 in California, USA, Thimmakka’s Resources for Environmental Education is a global environmental South Asian non-profit. Thimmakka informs people on what one can do for the environment in one’s daily life. Currently, the organization has a few ongoing projects: Greening south Asian restaurants and businesses, the South Asia Environmental Film Festival, South Asian Environmental Fashion Show [Delhi,India], and the Directory of South Asian Environmental Professionals.
